1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the TKDBDLE web application or adding the TKDBDLE Discord bot to your server, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TKDBDLE is a free, non-commercial, Wordle-inspired daily guessing game based on the mobile game Tokyo Debunker. The service allows users to play a daily puzzle or infinite mode via a web browser and Discord bot integration.

3. Intellectual Property & Disclaimer

TKDBDLE is an unofficial community fan project developed by Ari. It is completely free to use and operates strictly under non-commercial fan-use principles.

• TKDBDLE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by ZigZaGame Inc.
• All Tokyo Debunker intellectual property, character artwork, and game assets belong exclusively to ZigZaGame Inc.
• The original code and distinct UI elements of TKDBDLE belong to the developer.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to abuse the bot, intentionally overload the service, or attempt to exploit the Cloudflare workers managing the save data. The developer reserves the right to block any Discord user or server from accessing the bot for abusive behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

TKDBDLE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any data loss (such as lost daily streaks) or interruptions in service.
